Train inside this winter in preparation for the 2020 outdoor track season! Our pre-season training camp is spread over 8 Saturdays from November to February. We will run the sessions from 10AM-Noon, however training times can be made flexible on an individual basis if need be. We want everyone to get a chance to throw, even with busy schedules or long commutes! We offer coaching in all four Olympic events (shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin), as well as programming and technical coaching in the weight room.
