Pricing
-MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: $135/month
-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (12-month): $1450
-SATURDAY SESSION (By appointment, as available): $45/hour
-PRIVATE INSTRUCTION/Out of Town Athletes: $45/hour (discounts depending on size of group)
-VIRTUAL COACHING (Video calls or video review): $45/hr, or $10/video
-STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING/THROWS TRAINING PLANS (8-week): $45
-COLLEGE RECRUITMENT ADVISING: No Charge
** Saturdays are not included in the Monthly Fee.
** Discounts will be given for siblings/groups.
Payment can be made by cash, check, or card at Iron Wood. We can also send digital invoices to you for card/Pay App payments. Let us know your preference.

- Coach: athlete ratio not to exceed 1 coach per 2 athletes.
- Schedule multiple sessions/week
- Monday-Friday access.

- Athletes travelling for vacation, training camps, or additional work
- Guaranteed individual/small group coaching, per request.
- During, or outside of normal open hours
-VIRTUAL COACHING (Video calls or video review): $45/hr, or $10/video
- Schedule times to discuss technique over Zoom, or simply send throwing videos for review.
-STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING/THROWS TRAINING PLANS (8-week): $45
- Coaches will design individualized throws training programs, or strength training training programs for individual athletes (8-week programs).
-COLLEGE RECRUITMENT ADVISING: No Charge
- Coach TJ has been an NCAA Throws Coach for 19 years and is happy to help you navigate through the process of becoming a collegiate athlete.

Schedule
Our Fall session runs from September 2-December 20, 2024. We will have hourly starts to our sessions from 3-7:30pm, M-F. Groups will start at 3/4/5/6pm. Our last group (6pm start) will wrap up around 7:30.
To book sessions please follow the following process:

(first come, first served) Please include what throwing event will be done each day!! We would like to know which event, so we can staff appropriately.

2) If you’re not looking for a long-term commitment and need flexibility, we will do our best to schedule week-to-week, dependent on availability. We will always do our best to accommodate as many athletes as possible, while maintaining safety and quality of experience.
3) For those of you with Fall Sports or work commitments, simply let us know a start date and your desired schedule, as soon as you can.
4) If work/school/transportation does not allow for these exact days/times, please reach out for potential solutions.
